Birthday Party Planning

Madisyn turns 14 on February 5th and I am having a great time planning her party! It always gets harder the older they get! Anyway, thanks to karaspartyideas.blogspot.com she and I decided on a purple, silver, white and black party! It is going to look awesome. These are the invitations that I came up with to make. They are simple but elegant!!

Here is a simple tissue pom pom that I made. It only cost me .99 to make. I am going to make a few more to hang around. They are so simple to make. I got the instructions on imperfectlybeautifulms.blogspot.com. It was in a post back from 09 on this blog! I can't wait to post pictures of the entire party!

I sure will miss this....

We went in the canyons yesterday and it was soooo beautiful! I am sure going to miss these beautiful views. Not sure where I can find sites like this in Indiana.

The New House

I am excited to tell everyone that we purchased a new house this weekend! We got a great deal on a spec house and we are super excited. We are going to have over 5,000sq ft which I am super excited about! With it being brand new we get to put our own touch on it. I will take before and after pictures of our progress! Here is a picture of the front!

Friday was Ryan's birthday! Happy Birthday even though it is late for the blog!!

Our Big Announcement......

We are moving! Ryan received a job promotion yesterday! Congrats to him! It is really bittersweet! We LOVE Utah but.....we are moving back to Indiana with all of our family! Ryan starts his new position on Feb. 1st so he has to leave in about 2 1/2 weeks. Hopefully our house will go up for sale soon and we can find a new house. Not sure when the girls and I will be going but we will probably be gone by the end of March!

Todays Deal

So it is just Emmie and I tonight so we went and ate at McDonalds and then I took my coupon binder into Target and shopped the sale racks! Here is what I got for 17.22!

I got:

6 Bottles of Glade air freshner

6 Glade candles

5 pkgs. napkins

7 stocking - they each have a coupon for 20 free prints!

2 pkgs. Tide stain release

1 Bottle of hair color

1 Make up brush

I saved over 60 dollars plus I got the free prints! Yippee!
